Property Refurbishment Program

Many thanks for carrying out the above. I know there was a lot to be done, and I added two properties to the program after we initially agreed the timetable.

The works I inspected on my visit were to an excellent standard and several of the properties were completed well ahead of schedule. The biggest help of all was that I did not have to make constant tours of inspection, but could rely on your project management, expertise, and recommendations.

The end results are more than satisfactory, and overall this has been a fine project.

The ball is now very much in the estate agent's court to ensure successful disposal of this part of my portfolio. If they do as good a job as you have done, I feel confident they will all be gone this year.
