•  Concrete fill strip footings

•  Build foundations

•  Build Block and Beam

•  Build Damp Course DPC

•  Lay Brick and Block to create shell

•  Build roof Trusts

•  Felt and Batten and tile roof

•  Install window and doors to (FENSA) standard

•  Build Stud partitions

•  1st fix - All electrics (NICEIC standard) and pipe work

•  Fit Plasterboard

•  Re-skim walls and ceiling

•  2nd fix - All built in cupboards, fit Kitchen and Bathrooms

•  Paint and decorate throughout to customer specification

•  Remove water tank

•  Remove existing electrics and other services from / away for the joists

•  Double up joists with joist hangers

•  New wiring and pipe work installed

•  Tongue and groove water resistant grade board is fitted

•  Supply and fit re-enforce Rafter and structural beams, so the Purlins, Struts and collars can be removed

•  Open up the roof and Supply and fit Dormer/s

•  Supply and fit felt for flat roof and tiles, possibly hang tiles for dormer extension

•  Building inspector to visit to confirm structural work sign off

•  Supply and fit studwork

•  Supply and fit Staircase

•  1^st fix positioning for electrics and pipe work

•  Supply and fit windows and possibly French doors leading to roof terrace

•  Supply and fit insulation to roof joists

•  Supply and fit plasterboard to stud work

•  2^nd Fix – electrics and plumbing, including skirting, architrave and internal doors

•  Paint and decorate new dwelling
